Materials & Construction
We work primarily with clear, opal and coloured acrylic from 3mm to 10mm thickness. For counter displays, 3mm and 5mm acrylic are most common — sturdy enough for daily retail use while keeping the display lightweight and cost-effective.
Construction methods include solvent bonding for seamless joints, mechanical fixings for modular assemblies, and slot-together designs for flat-pack shipping. We can incorporate printed panels, vinyl graphics and engraved details into any design.
Typical Lead Times
Prototypes and small batches of 10-50 units typically ship within 5-10 working days. Larger production runs of 500+ units are scheduled on a 2-4 week turnaround depending on complexity. Express production is available for urgent requirements.
