Engineering for Retail
Large displays present engineering challenges — weight distribution, transport durability and assembly simplicity all matter. We prototype every large display before production, testing load capacity and checking that assembly works in real-world conditions.
Materials for large units typically include 5mm, 6mm and 10mm acrylic for structural panels, with thinner 3mm sheet for shelving and dividers. We also work in polycarbonate for applications requiring greater impact resistance, and dibond for branded back panels.
Volume Production
Our CNC cutting capacity means we can produce large display components in volume. We regularly manufacture runs of 100-5,000 units for high-street retail chains, with consistent quality across every piece. Nested cutting layouts minimise material waste and keep costs competitive on larger orders.
