How work reaches us

Three supply routes

Most shopfitting jobs come through one of three channels. We work the same way regardless of route — produce the bespoke components, deliver to where they’re needed, never appear at the install by name unless asked.

How a multi-store rollout phases

Week 1–2

Sample kit

Week 3–4

Tooling & setup

Production tooling, batched material order, sprayed-component scheduling.

Week 5–8

Phase 1 batch

First batch of stores produced and dispatched. 20–30 stores per week to fitter or DC.

Week 9–12

Phase 2 batch

Mid-rollout volume. Adjustments made if early-phase feedback comes in.

Week 13+

Phase 3 + tail

Remaining stores, replacement units, store-opening urgents. Tail continues as needed.

FAQ

Shopfitting questions

Do you do full shop fit-outs?
No — we’re a manufacturer, not a shopfitting contractor. We make the bespoke acrylic and timber components that go into a shop fit: counters, fixtures, display units, signage, POS, fitted joinery. Most of our shopfitting work goes through shopfitting contractors who manage the installation.
Can you supply directly to retailers, or only through trade?
Both. We supply directly to independent retailers and small chains who don’t go through shopfitting contractors. For larger national chains, we typically work through their appointed shopfitter or retail installer. Either route works.
What kinds of shop fixtures do you make?
Acrylic POS displays, glorifiers, bottle dispensers, counter displays, dump bins, sweet bins, branded counter wraps, slatwall accessories, fitted retail joinery, sprayed retail counters, lockable showcases, plinth displays, signage, wayfinding, hanging signs. The acrylic and timber side of shopfitting.
Do you do branded counter wraps?
Yes — printed acrylic counter wraps and front panels with brand graphics, brand colours and logos. UV-printed direct to acrylic or applied vinyl on acrylic substrate. Common for cosmetics counters, vape retail, optical retail and pharmacy POS.
Can you make jewellery and watch showcases?
Yes — lockable jewellery showcases with concealed locks, multi-level acrylic tiered displays, watch display rolls with brand-matched bases, ring trays and earring stands. Often paired with our display case work for the larger showcase pieces.
Do you work with national shopfitting contractors?
Yes — we supply bespoke acrylic and timber components to several major UK shopfitting contractors as their preferred acrylic supplier. White-label production, trade pricing, drop-ship to store. Existing trade references available.
Can you supply a full store programme — 50+ stores identical?
Yes — volume shopfit production with consistent batch-to-batch finish is a major part of our work. From 50 to several hundred identical store kits, dispatched in phased delivery to match the rollout programme. See our trade accounts page for the working model.
Do you work with brand-managed retail rollouts?
Yes — we work brand-side direct with brand teams, or shopfitter-side via their retail installer. Brand managers often appreciate working with us directly because we control the manufacturing chain and can match brand colour and finish standards exactly.
What lead times do you offer for shopfit jobs?
Standard 2–4 weeks for individual store kits. Longer programmes (multi-store rollouts) on a phased delivery schedule matched to the install programme. Express turnaround from 5 working days for store opening emergencies, subject to workshop capacity.
